Sincerest condolences and blessings to dear Joan, Arthur and the entire Elgar family. Sylvia will forever hold a special place in our hearts as a loving, courageous and “one-of-a-kind” beautiful person. Her smile was perfection and her love of her family, genuine. Blessings to all who were privileged to know her. We ask that Gods’ newest angel, Sylvia, keep each of us ‘in our place’ and that we know that she is at peace and will be forever remembered with love and gratitude. ❤️
