HI Folks! My name is John Rousseau Jr. My Mom was Lavern Rousseau. Your mom was part of a sweet Adenine quartet of the Oshawa Chapter! I can remember spending many happy times with her kids while they were getting ready for a concert at I think Eastdale Collegiate. Mostly I remember spending time with her and her kids at Anna Jane Sharrard's cottage! She was sooo kind to me and I often thought how beautiful she was! I remember some of you but I think your mom was very special. John

Dear Lynn ...
We are profoundly sorry for your loss!
Your mom sounds like such an incredible amazing woman .. how fortunate you are for having such a vibrant strong & loving mother & role model in your life.
One of my favourite quotes is ‘do not cry because it’s over .. smile because it happened’. From your loving written dedication to your mom, it certainly seems you have a lot of memories, and love, to smile about.
You are in our hearts and thoughts.
We are so sad for your loss.
Sending you to biggest hugs.

Dearest Lynn, Steve and David. How sad I am to hear Kathy has passed. She had a heart of gold and will truly be missed by all who's live's she touched.. I remember her saying more than once "I don't know what I did to get the daughter I got". I know the two of you felt the same about each other. Kathy and I were both single at one point and were great company for each other. Paul and I have fond memories of both her and Bill. We travelled to Puerto Vallarta one winter together and visited Kathy at her home in Florida as well. So many memories and so many laughs....and shopping. I am sure you will remember all the good times and memories the two of you shared forever. I certainly know I will.

Kathy was truly an inspiration. Her welcoming love and devotion to her family and friends was undeniable. I have so many wonderful memories of life with Kathy, her dancing on the table at Lynn and Brian's Wedding, pool parties at Kathy and Bill's, evenings of song with her Sweet Adeline's friends but most of all how very proud she was of her children and grandchildren. I hope that you all find comfort in knowing her mind and soul are now at rest.
