I only heard about this today so am very late posting. As Krista well knows, in my early teens I spent basically every summer day at Judy's (Mrs. Sawler's) home - swimming in the pool (lots of diving contests), walking in flip flops down to Mac's Milk to get Popsicles, and playing Yahtzee, cribbage and cards for hours. I have such fond memories of Judy and Aubrey both during that time - they were always welcoming and always seemed so happy. My sincere condolences to Krista and Debbie.

Sending sincere sympathy to each of you and hoping that your cherished memories bring comfort and peace in the days ahead.
Judy was such a spark and she shared her bright light wherever she went. We first knew Judy from her work at the Ag office and then at Trinity where she could be found supporting events and taking her turn on catering duty. She was fun to be around!

So sorry to learn of Judy's passing. My thoughts turned to the growing up years when we were together at the Point. It was a time filled with laughter and the threat of being found out. I wonder how those years will be remembered when the good book is written. Heather loved her time to get caught up when she met at the Point. She enjoyed the flow of the conversation. With Judy she was never at a loss for conversation.
Remember that she loved the life she was given. Thanks for her memories. Your time will be a tribute to her memory.
God Bless you,
Heather and Peter

Deepest sympathies to the family.
Judy was a lovely woman with an infectious laugh, kind heart and we were all very blessed to have known her. Really enjoyed our get-togethers at the camp sites with her and Aubrey, Jack and Gloria, Ken and Jan during the warm months and lunch visits in the winters. Visiting Judy and Aubrey in Tatamagouche was a definite highlight for my Mom and I know Mom will be happy to visit with her again.
We'll definitely miss her.

Judy brought life, joy, energy and her generosity of spirit to her shifts at the Treats and Treasures Cafe and Gift Shop where I knew her and where she served as a dedicated, responsible and caring volunteer. She was sorely missed when she left on her much anticipated vacations in the "East", and was warmly welcomed on her eagerly awaited return.
I truly valued her forthrightness and her friendship.
I extend my sincere sympathy to all her family whom she loved so dearly.

I will always remember our weekend in Rochester with a hotel fire and the crazy man who ran the red light, almost took off the front of your van and then proceeded to plough through the bus shelter. Scared the crap out of us at the time but gave us many laughs in the years to follow.

Judy Sawler- a Lakeridge Health Bowmanville Volunteer Extraordinaire...
"Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, Love leaves a memory no one can steal."
Judy began volunteering at Lakeridge Health Bowmanville on January 26, 2009.
Judy was a bubbly ray of sunshine, with a kind and gentle spirit, helping wherever she saw a need.
We greatly enjoyed her wonderful sense of humour, sharing loving stories about her family and her holidays adventures.
Judy helped in the New to You Shoppe (located off site of hospital) and within the Treats & Treasures Café and Gift Shop.
Krista and families, may you find peace in the love of family and strength in the caring words of friends.
Judy will be missed and our memories of her will live on.
Blessings

Our hearts are with you, Debbie, Krista, & your beautiful families. We are so blessed to have known Judy, Aub, & the Swan family all my life. If you were a friend of them, you were "family". The last time we saw Judy & Aub, was the summer before Aub passed away. My parents, Bev, & I visited them in Brule Point. We spent a night with them, & as usual, we were treated like royalty. We always treasured out time with them, & have lots of wonderful memories of lots of laughs with them. Had many great visits at the Lolipop, & in keeping with tradition, Judy always had us all crying when we first got together, & crying again, when it was time to leave!! May you all find comfort in all of your wonderful memories of your beautiful mom, omie, great grandma, & sister in law. "Our" Judy will live on in our hearts forever. ❤
