Shocked and devastated to hear of the passing of my beloved cousin Janice. She was such a bright and warm person who always put her family first. She made me and my family feel so welcome on our trip to see our family in Canada a few years ago. Our children adored her. Our heartfelt condolences particularly to Peter, George and family, Laura and family, and our Auntie Elizabeth who have lost an incredible wife, sister, aunt and daughter.

Peter and Family.
I want to send my sincere condolences to you. I have not seen Janice in quite a few years but I have many special memories with her from my Fairview Lodge days. I first met Peter at Oshawa General Hospital when he was in the maintenance department and thought he was a great guy but then I met his wife Janice at Fairview Lodge and, well, she took the cake! She was a caring lady with her co-workers as well as the residents and had a wonderful sense of humor! Even when she made it onto Mr. Roy Tavenor's Calendar, she smiled which was a challenging thing to do!
She was always there for every special occasion ( welcoming babies, housewarmings etc.) She was a loyal friend and a proud Aunt.
I went through my old albums and found a few pictures Circa. 1993- 1999, that I thought would be nice to share.
Sorry for the loss of Janice .. Susan Goldie
