Andrew Mast
When we moved to Brampton in 1965 Jenny and Andy welcomed us into their home. Over the years we became almost like family. Andy was a great friend who had a knack of getting you involved in interesting projects. He cared for people and always made you feel important. Our kids wrote “I really liked Uncle Andy (and Aunt Jenny). Still have fond memories of visiting their cottage, catching snakes and seeing that huge snapping turtle brought there in a big apple basket.” and “I have fond memories of the Masts. They always made time to speak with me if I saw them at Church throughout my adult years.” Wherever Jenny and Andy lived over the years they were always active participants in the Christian Reformed community. Andy was often involved with building expansions or property and maintenance work and would come up with very unique solutions to technical problems. It was always very enjoyable to work or collaborate with him. Wherever he made his home he was a blessing to the community.

My condolences to Jenny and the rest of the family. Andy was a great person and leader in our church in Orillia. We served together for many years on the Property and Maintenance committee. His dedication, hard work and knowledge were a huge asset to the congregation in Orillia. Many displays of his handiwork are still in operation today in our building.I learned many things from Andy, but his dedication to the Lord and our church will always be especially remembered.
God Bless
