A life well lived. Such a fine & gentle man. Memories of Uncle Jack will always be accompanied by Lorraine, because they were surely a team. Lorraine leading the conversation and Jack sitting quietly in the background-until, that is, it was time for him to chime in. Such a well read, principled and intelligent man too. Quiet, but with significant humour. (reserved for just the right time)
& of course, we cannot remember Jack & Lorraine without remembering Dodie and Barney.
It's funny that these two gentle men found these two spirited and loving women to journey through life together.
We were lucky to have them closer to Peterborough for those golden years in Bridgenorth-with time to spend together with us.
