Stanley Gordon posted a condolence
Monday, July 6, 2020
Sorry to hear of Grant's passing. I am the son of Jim and Mary Gordon formerly of Solina. I still often speak of the time I enjoyed working with Grant and Ralph as a summer helper, bringing in hay and straw. Both guys treated me with the utmost respect and made the experience both rewarding and fun. Seeing Grant and his family at the soccer games also demonstrated the strong sense of family they afforded to the community. Deepest condolences to the Glaspell and Westlake families. Stan Gordon

Sincerest sympathy in Grant's passing. We spent many a Saturday night around Clare and Ed's kitchen table playing cards and solving the problems of the week. One of Dennis's memories was after the roller coaster ride at the CNE, they had all disembarked and the attendant was yelling "are you not going to take him (Grant) with you?" Also our Saturday nights at the Lakehead Barn Dances usually had some memorable endings.
Our thoughts are with you Love Dennis and Cindy Werry

Arlene and family.
One of my most immediate memories is our world problem solving chats in the TD parking lot. I enjoyed catching up with you and Grant about farming, family and attempting to straighten some of the world’s problems. I also remember Grant’s mom Helen came to my mom to get her hair done.
Our sympathies are with you all. It is a difficult time for you all. Hold onto your wonderful memories.
