Sam was a honest, hard working, salt of the earth type of guy. I got to know Sam when I got into sheep, he was right there to help me out in anyway he could. Thanks Sam. Rest in Peace.

So very sad to hear of Sam's passing. I was lucky enough to have had the Turners as my neighbors for the first 10 years of my life. I am still reminded by my siblings of Sam telling me that if I planted a "cheesie" I could grow a "cheesie" tree. Well Sam was a farmer so he must know. So I planted a "cheesie". Rest in peace Sam

I remember going to Sam’s farm with my whole family Doug and Lorna Caverly ( Gail Yeomans nee Caverly) picking out pumpkins for Halloween. Sam would give us special attention, and it made you feel if only for a while it was my own pumpkin patch! My heartfelt condolences for you and your families.....
