Obituary of Roy Allen Fawcett

ROY ALLEN FAWCETT It is with heavy hearts that Roy’s family announce his passing on January 9, 2020 at Lakeridge Health Bowmanville. Beloved Husband to Karen Fawcett. Loving father to Karrie Fawcett, Sandy Fawcett (Shane Stewart), Roy Fawcett and Stacy Fawcett. Cherished grandfather to Scott (Gladys), Dylan (Chandler), Alyssa, Shaney (Montana) as well as great grandfather to Sophia, Logan, Savana, Owen, Landon and Ariella-Jade. Roy is predeceased by his parents Roy Allen Sr. and Doreen Fawcett. Greatly missed by his siblings Barb (Alan), Cindy (Len), Cathy, Wendy (Barry) and life brother Pat Thompson, Roy is predeceased by his siblings Fay, Wayne and Isabelle. Lovingly remembered by his nieces, nephews, extended family, many friends and devoted canine Treigo. Respecting Roy’s wishes cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers the family asks you to do an act of kindness. A Celebration of Roy’s Life will be held at AJAX CONVENTION CENTRE, 550 Beck Crescent Ajax, Ontario on Saturday January 18th, 2020 from 5:30 – 10:30 pm, while we enjoy the Maple Leafs game. Pub food will be provided and a cash bar. Arrangements entrusted to NORTHCUTT ELLIOTT FUNERAL HOME, 53 Division St., Bowmanville.
