Obituary of Helen Dorcas Covert

HELEN DORCAS COVERT (NEE CORNELL) Peacefully passed away at Lakeridge Health Bowmanville on Wednesday January 1, 2020, at the age of 87. Beloved wife of the late Thomas Covert for over 63 years. Dear mother of Rick (Debra), Ronald (Rita), Robert (Patsy), Stephen (Tina), and Beverly Simmons-Covert. Loving Nana of Sarah-Lynn, Cory, Tom, Amber, Emily, and great Nana of Neo, Lucas, Payton and Holly. She was predeceased by her brother Donald Cornell and survived by her sister in law Marg Cornell. Visitation will be held at NORTHCUTT ELLIOTT FUNERAL HOME, 53 Division St. Bowmanville, on Friday January 3rd from 12 – 1 pm. A Funeral Service will follow in the Chapel at 1 pm. Spring Interment Deer Lake Cemetery, Bancroft. If desired, memorial donations may be made to Glen Hill Marnwood LTC.
