I had the pleasure of knowing Stephen from a very early age. I had become friends with his son Jeremy through hockey and school. Over the years my bond with the Francis family became strong as they treated me like family and I felt like family.
While getting to know Stephen as I grew to be a “man”, I knew he was one person that wouldn’t steer you wrong EVER. He was happy to talk with you about absolutely anything because he truly cared.
I looked up to this man for as long as I can remember like when Stephen was one of our coaches in hockey .and it pains me to say but Stephen buddy, I love you and I am extremely great-full for all you have done for me Including letting me into your family .
My deepest condolences to the Francis family. My heart goes out to you all.
