Hello. I am just learning of Annette's passing today. The other day I was driving past Prospect Physio and I thought of her; as I often do. She was a physiotherapist to me years ago-but more than that, she was an amazing human being and treated me with such dignity and kindness. I think of her often and of Paul. I wanted to take a moment, although late, to say how much Annette came to mean to me and to my husband. She was an amazing woman. Take care Annette's family. Marie Lyons

I just read Kathy Harriot 's message and I share similar memories, admiration and respect for Annette. I too had the privilege to work with Annette at the NB ExtraMural Hospital. I was a young occupational therapist at the time and learned so much from Annette. Patients and colleagues loved her for her skills, her integrity and her humour. We did many visits to patients' homes together and Annette would always offer creative, no non-sense solutions to the most complex issues. We also laughed a lot together. I am grateful I had the chance to work with Annette. My sincere condolences to her family.

I've heard it said by others and it rings true to me: the best way to pay tribute to someone we love and admire is to honor and cherish the traits we admire the most. I was lucky enough to work with Annette at NB's Extramural program, and witnessed first hand her confident competence, as a physio, but also simply as a fellow traveler on this earth. Her interactions were always delivered with genuine warmth, friendliness,, and a sincere commitment to best outcomes. Annette was a "straight shooter" in the best sense of the phrase, as her messages weren't malicious --- just so funny and to the point. It truly was a privilege, and a pleasure, to know her and work with her. After Annette left Extramural to set up her practice with Paul, she was my go to referral to any and all of my family and friends who needed physio, and always, always "delivered".
So, this is how I will remember Annette: her gentle teasing, fantastic sense of humor, determined work ethic, her loyalty, her pride in knowing who she was, and her love of her family. She made the world a better place.

Dear Ryan, Darcy and Erin:
I was saddened to hear the news of your Mom's passing. I had the great fortune of knowing Annette in a number of different capacities over the span of almost 30 years - through our work, volunteer activities, and most recently as a patient of her Physiotherapy clinic. Annette had so many admirable qualities - intelligence, a direct but respectful approach, and a delightful sense of humour. However, I especially valued her compassion, her kindness, and her profound sense of love and pride she conveyed when speaking of her family.
Please know that you, and all members of the Fields and O'Neill families, will be in my thoughts during this difficult time of loss and also know that Annette will be fondly remembered as a very special person who had a positive impact on the lives of many.
Sincerely,
Lynn Haley

My condolences to you all. I was a patient of your mother's in Fredericton and she was always very caring and pragmatic in her approach. She helped me immensely as I'm sure she did many, many others throughout her career. I always enjoyed my visits to her practice. Both she and your father were lovely people.

Erin, Ryan, Darcy and all family members of Annette. I met and worked with Annette while working at Extramural Hospital in Fredericton NB. She was one of my favorite people. I enjoyed working with her and her work was gifted. We had many laughs over the years. She and Paul always welcomed me when I became her patient at her own clinic. I loved her stories and sense of humour. I loved to hear about her journeys to see her brothers, sister and their families. She spoke so warmly of them. I know she will be sorely missed. You are in my thoughts and prayers. Rest well dear Annette with your beloved Paul! Mary
