I miss my Mom. We’d shop, have lunch, talk, and gossip. She universally loved everyone in our lives and it’s perifery. If they were important to me, they were important to her. Never saw her without her hair done and lipstick on. I created a nail monster when I took her to get her nails done for the 1st time, never without since and that was 15-20 yrs ago. My first thought when she passed was,omg I have to tell Mom about this. In the hospital I was able to say “ Hello my Mommy, I love you” as I always did and she could respond “ I love you too “. That was huge for me to hear. I love you Mom, and if I’m half the caring, loving woman you were I’ll be happy. Say hi to Dad, Mimi, and my babies for me.
