Carolyn and family, I was so sorry to hear of Rob's passing.
By coincidence I was in town today and ran into Maura(we have moved out of the area so I hadn't known). I know how close you were and remember you speaking of him often.. If you need to chat or get away for a bit, give me a ding

My name is Tim St arneault, in the mid 2000s I began working atva-1 taxi in Cobourg, this was where I met Rob, we started chatting and hit it off immediately, between calls we'd park side by side and chat about everything from problems happening to great news, ask each other for advice on things and laugh like crazy, we constantly got in trouble for chatting back and forth on the radios when dispatch couldn't get through, joked as easy as it was to blink and breath, I would go to his place to visit him and his then girlfriend norine (rest her soul) I would bring my cheap beat up guitar and we'd go in the back yard and play till the mosquitos started biting, head inside, talk and laugh some more, I'd usually have enough drinks to put a horse to sleep, one might he got the last laugh of the night when he decided to make my face into his personal canvas and drew all over it with marker, he was wise enough to get photographic evidence that he'd one upped me! And then we lost touch for a year or 2 but stayed in contact over messenger and had some more great chats (although not as great as spending time in person it was always great to hear from him anytime he messaged me, one thing he loved saying in our "cab chats" when I was stressing out and venting like a maniac "how does that make you feel?" With a roar of laughter everytime, he may not be with us but he will always be in our hearts I will miss him terribly every day for the rest of my life, I love you Rob, rest well my friend, I love You, your friend always....Tim. ❤

Rob and I spent many days together back in high school. He was the one who showed me how to drive, allowed me to drive his old Vaux All to practice and took me in for my drivers licence. We had a lot of laughs and sleep overs. Rest in peace Rob. Sending prayers to the rest of the family.
