Obituary of Wesley Robert Walmsley

Age 68 years Retired from General Motors with 35 years of Service Peacefully passed away at Lakeridge Health Bowmanville on Tuesday August 16th, 2011 surrounded by his family. Beloved husband of La-Verne. Dear father of Kelly (Mike) Marr; Lisa McDonald and Robert (Susan) Walmsley. Predeceased by his son Jeff McDonald. Loving “Bampa” of Caitlin, Quinn, Daniel, Kimberly, Ashley, Mitch, Blake, Meaghan, Kaylee & Dylan. Bob will be lovingly remembered by his family and many friends. Visitation will be held at the NORTHCUTT ELLIOTT FUNERAL HOME, 53 Division St. Bowmanville, on Friday August 19, 2011 from 1 – 2 pm. A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel at 2 pm. Memorial Donations may be made to The Kidney Foundation or The Humane Society. Following the Funeral Service there will be a reception held at The Wheelhouse, Wilmot Creek.
