I only had the pleasure of knowing Noel towards the end of his life, this side of eternity. He was a tall, gentle and noble man who spoke the word of God with undeniable authority and grace. He loved the Lord with all his being and this I recognized just by the way he carried himself and spoke the word of God.
He gave a presentation at VCC which ignited a spark within me that has now grown into a flame. He taught on the history of the great moves of God which had occurred within the last two hundred years that planted a desire deep within me to go deeper in my walk with God. Noel left a legacy with us, with me. He lit a match and placed it on the dry kindle of my deepest hearts desire: to know my God and love Him with all that I am and to pursue Him. As it is written in Habakkuk 3: 2 "Lord, I heard of your fame: I stand in awe of your deeds, Lord repeat them in our day, in our time make them known: in wrath remember mercy" This is my cry to our Lord and one that was ignited by Noel. So while he has moved on to glory now, his spark remains within me. It's a legacy I cherish and perhaps, one day, I may inspire and entrust it with another coming up behind me before I finish my race here. Until then, I remember Noel as I search the scriptures and study the treasures they contain.

We will always remember Noel’s word from the Lord. A sacrificial seed opens the door for supernatural provision. There never was a kinder or more compassionate man then Noel.
Lighting up the world with God’s love. Our love and prayers are with you Denise. Underneath you are the Everlasting Arms.
