Peacefully passed away at Lakeridge Health Bowmanville on Wednesday November 28, 2018

at the age of 87.

Loving father of Keith (Angela) and Charles. Dear grandpa of Jessica, Tyler (Danielle), Mckenzie and great-grandpa of Charley. Cherished brother of Jean Gazley, Eldon O’Neil and the late William, Lyle and Frederick. Vernon will be fondly remembered by his nieces, nephews and many friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held in Summer 2019. Details will be posted on the funeral home website  when available. Arrangements entrusted to NORTHCUTT ELLIOTT FUNERAL HOME, 53 Division St. Bowmanville. Memorial donations made to Royal Canadian Legion – Poppy Fund or Hospital for Sick Children.
