I will miss Frank, whom I knew for many years, particularly in regard to Church Alive theological association. He was a solid, thoughtful Minister of the Word and Sacraments. I will remember him in our prayers this Sunday, November 4, at St Ignatius of Antioch Orthodox Church, St Catharines, ON

Rev. Lockhart was the best minister I have ever had the privalege of hearing. A true man of God. An inspiration and positive spiritual guide for those that search for the answers to the meaning of life. He will be greatly missed but never forgotten. Thank you God for his life and his love for others. He lived what he taught. Love and sincere sympathy to his family from Bonnie Wilson.

It was with great sadness that we heard the news that cousin Frank passed away.
We always loved his summer visits to Prince Edward Island. It was certain that the family reunion that was held many years past has created a tie which will never be unbroken. June, Robert,Barbie,Christine and families we will always cherish the time spent and the memories had with all of you. We remember travelling to Beaumanville, when Frank retired . Though retired he continued to have such a love to continue ministering in so many ways. Please accept our deepest love and sympathies and know that cousins on PEI are thinking of you all. We wish we could be there to grieve but also to celebrate such a wonderful life lived. May you all be a strength to one another in the days ahead, as we know how your Dad was such a "rock" to all of you. Much love and big embraces.... Love Frank and Mary Bertram, Carolyn Bertram and Robert Bertram and their families

Frank was a wonderful man who was the most interesting person to talk to. He'd done so much in his life and his stories were amazing. We had many conversations about trains, one of his many passions. He'll be missed terribly by all his friends at McDonalds. Rest in peace Frank.

Shocked to hear about Frank. He's been a friend, neighbour, and spiritual advisor since the day we brought him to Bowmanville in 1987. His determination was instrumental in the growth at Trinity Church.
A kinder, more learned, practical person one could ever know. Frank, you are truly back home now. You will be missed by us mere mortals! RIP

Frank was a kind, loving, brilliant, obviously educated, holy man. His passion for our military and the environment were unsurpassed. He will be sadly missed by many friends, parishioners and admirers at the Royal Canadian Legion. God bless you, Frank. Rest in peace. You were the best.
