Age 75 years

Passed away after a brief illness on Friday April 27, 2018 at Lakeridge Health Bowmanville

Loving husband to the late Penny (nee Brown).  Beloved father of David & his wife Jenn Atkinson and Sarah & her husband Trevor Pinn.  Adored Grandpa of Easton & Leland.

At Joe’s request, Cremation has taken place and a family graveside service will be held at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Toronto.  Memorial Donations may be made to The Canadian Cancer Society or Bowmanville Hospital Foundation.  Arrangements entrusted to NORTHCUTT ELLIOTT FUNERAL HOME, 53 Division St. N. Bowmanville.
