Peacefully passed away at Lakeridge Health Whitby on Wednesday April 18, 2018

Loving father of Robin Bowen (Carl Noseworthy) and predeceased by daughters Kerri-Lyn Adams and Angela Rose Anger.  Adored grandfather of Stephanie, Melissa, Jordan, Jessica and Joey and great-grandfather of Jocelyn & Josie.  Survived by his son in law Roy Anger. Bill was predeceased by his parents Sydney & Donelda Luxton, brothers Had Luxton & Earl Luxton and sister Emma Bromell.

At Bill’s request, no funeral service will be held.  Private interment will be held at Bowmanville Cemetery, at a later date.  Arrangements are entrusted to NORTHCUTT ELLIOTT FUNERAL HOME, 53 Division Street North, Bowmanville. Memorial Donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
