Predeceased by his war prize of 62 years, Johanna Wilhelmina Owchar (nee Starre). Loving father of Wilhelmina Owchar, Shirley (Frank) Smith, and the late William Michael Owchar. Beloved opa of Jefferson Parsons, Alexandra Smith Rowe, and great opa of Mathew Parsons.
