What a shock to see the death notice of a very special lady. Every year I have Stuff A Bus at Bowmanville Legion parking lot to receive food, toys and clothing to donate to Salvation Army for Christmas presents. Every November I would receive a call from Linda, asking the date of Stuff A Bus, she told me she started knitting in December of each year for her next year's donation of torques, scarfs and mittens for the needy children. She would come early to drop off her huge box of mittens,etc plus always had food boxes as well. We always had a nice visit. Just wanted you all to know what a special, giving lady she was. I had always been good friends with her and Ron in Legion years ago plus with her mother Joan. Condolences to all of you. I will miss her call, our visit and our laughter.
