Shelley was a dear friend who will be deeply missed. She was my best friend and partner in crime all through University and for years after. We shared so many laughs and wonderful memories and she made our hearts so full. She always cared for everyone else and would always be there to listen to all our drama. She will always be in our hearts and will continue to be our angel.

Words cannot express the sadness we feel. Shelley was a big part of our family sharing in every aspect of our lives. You will be so missed by all of us, especially Jaclyn and Nicole who you treated like your own. You were always there for them no matter what the occasion. Heaven certainly gained an angel. Sincerest condolences to the Freeman Family.

I would like to say how deeply saddened I am to hear of Shelly passing. I worked with Shelly for years at OPG on many different projects. She was a very smart and hard working person. She also had a great sense of humor and was fun to be with at off site fund raisers etc. She will be missed by all.
