I was utterly shocked and saddened to hear this news this morning. Chris was my student at Monarch Park Collegiate and I remember his amazing energy in our Drama program. Chris wrote an original play that I still remember well. It was through this process that I got to know Chris very well, and was amazed at his drive, passion and love of the Arts.
In recent years, I've bumped into him by chance, and was so happy to hear all of the amazing things he was doing.
I offer sincere condolences. He will be missed by many.

I met Chris when I first started at BAS in September 1992. It was grade 3. Chris was friendly to me from the start. Always warm and welcoming. When I moved around the corner from him he was quick to show me the ins and outs of the neighborhood, including the candy situation at the 7 eleven. Bernie and Suzanne always tolerated us rampaging around in their home and tolerated many sleepovers (late night video game parties)
Chris was a really good friend of mine during my early years and although we spoke less as we got older, I often thought of him, happy childhood memories.
I am so sorry for your loss. To Bernie, Suzanne, Adam, Sean and of course the rest of his family, I offer my deepest condolences, my support and my love.

Chris was a very social person. I always enjoyed talking music,sports and technology with him.
Chris had some great talent. He was always there for family functions ready to capture all the special moments. Without him our wedding would have been a blur.
Chris asked us if we would mind if he shot some photos throughout the night. Thank God he did, because our photographer had to leave and could not attend our reception. He did an amazing job in capturing how fun everyone was having all while being social and enjoying himself as our guest.
He was also loved to encourage people to "Just try" even if you thought something wouldn't work.
He always had a "back up plan or another idea on how to do something if plan "A" didnt work out" . We worked together on a few projects including music production and a webpage. He was ALWAYS there when people had questions.
From Bbq's , family functions ,amusement parks as kids, to an adult life full of optermistic opportunities.
