I just now heard about Doris's passing. I went to Listowel High School with her. She was a quiet, shy girl. Always had a cute smile (which I can see in her recent photo) and was a bit of a "nerd" like me. I always considered her a brainy kid. I can still picture her in one of those shapeless tunics we had to wear. I haven't seen her since we graduated in 1971. Linda Pehlke

Kim, Andrea & Melissa. I was so sorry to hear today of your mother's passing. I knew her from her time working at Dr. Rundle's office with Cathy. I work for Dr. Hoy. She was always a ray of sunshine and had a fantastic sense of humour. . She has had a difficult journey and is now at peace and watching over you. You will all miss her so very much. Your own special Angel.

Dear Kim, Andrea & Melissa. So sorry to hear that your dear mother has passed. She is an inspiration to all of us. I was awarded the opportunity of knowing your mother by being a home help volunteer through community care. We chatted alot & developed a close friendship. She was a wonderful, kind & caring person with a beautiful smile. She will be watching over you & is at peace now. My deepest sympathies. God Bless all of you. She will be deeply missed by all.

Sorry to here of Doris passing ! I knew she was in a battle for her life ! I had sang in the church choir with her years ago and did work for her in her home ! She always had lunch and tea for me if I was there working ! The world has lost a very kind caring person ! She will be missed by all that new her! She is in heaven now with our Lord Jesus !!!!

We are so sad even though we knew it was coming. We had so much fun bowling together, dinner and coffee and more. Doris' laugh was infectious! We were always giggling. This is such a loss. But I'm grateful we had the opportunity to know her.
