I am saddened to hear about the passing of your father, son and brother, Michael Malascalza. I came to know Joey as his grade two teacher at Waverley Public School and remember how thoughtful and involved his mother Mena was during that year. I believe you would have called me Mrs. Mantel during that time. It is so sad to think of a young man like Michael passing at such a young age. May I offer your family my deepest condolences and pray for you to have comfort in your memories of Michael and in your shared sorrow with your family. I wish you peace.

We were one of Michael's clients and were truly saddened to hear of his passing. He was truly one of the nicest, kindest people we've ever met, with a wonderful smile and sense of humour. While he was working in our home, we would have conversations about his "girls" and it was obvious that he was a very proud father. Our sincere condolences to his daughters, and family.
