I am a bus driver with Durham Region transit and I knew your dad from when he lived in the Townline rd and Adelaide st area of Oshawa. I would pick him up every evening when he was going out to dinner and I would drop him off at the Swiss Chalet in Courtice. He was such a nice man who was always outgoing, and friendly and talked about his family often and how proud he was of his daughters and grandchildren. He reminded me of my own dad who was the same age that I had lost a few years earlier. I enjoyed listening to his stories about all the changes Oshawa has gone through and his memories of the old days in Oshawa. My deepest condolences to his family and friends and he will be missed by all who know him.
