Obituary of Sidney Jan VanDyk

Oct.19, 1934 - Nov.01, 2011 God took home his child, loving husband, father, and Opa on Tuesday November 1, 2011 in Sneek, Friesland, The Netherlands. Sid will be dearly missed by all who loved him, especially his zest for life, and passion for music. These gifts were faithfully used in service to God both in Holland and for over 50 years in Ontario. He leaves behind his wife of 54 years, Carol, and his sons, Raymond, John (Yvonne, Renita, Brandon, Reuben), Brian (Angela, Krystal), Rodney (Caroline, Janita, Lydia, Thomas, Owen). A service of celebration will be held at Talitha Koem on November 5, 2011 at 10:30 am, followed by a graveside ceremony at "begraafplaats Sneek".
