I used to live on Flett St. in Bowmanville until 1970, when my family moved to Richmond Hill. If this is the Jeff that I knew, and I believe it is, we were best friends in those late years of the '60's. Very sad to learn of his passing. I remember his scooter, his dog, his sister and his father. Many condolences to the the Family and friends he went on to earn beyond those years. I'd always hoped to meet up with him again.
Sincerely,
Tim Taylor

I send my heartfelt condolences to Jeff's family. Jeff and I went to high school together and worked together. Although we hadn't seen each other in far too many years, I will always cherish the memories we had growing up together. Rest in peace my friend, you left us too soon.

Dear Andrew and David
So sorry for your loss. We mourn with you the passing of a great brother.
Your Dad was a wonderful man who always put his family first. In his later years he has enjoyed rebuilding and remodelling power boats at his favourite
marina.
He was a talented builder, wood carver, gardener, photographer, and designer/creator of boat tops, windows and interior boat spaces. Jeff was a very
creative person who appreciated beauty in nature and the world around him.
We will miss him so, but must let him go.
Hugs and love.
Aunt Val and Uncle Geoff

My sincere sympathy to Andrew and David and the other members of the Bothwell family. I know Jeff took great pride and satisfaction in restoring his boats and clearly enjoyed the results of his work.

We were shocked and very sad to hear of Jeff's passing. We met Jeff at the marina through mutual friends. Jeff was always there when needed. We always thought of him as one great guy and he will be missed. Our heartfelt condolences to Jeff's boys and his family.

Our hearts go out to our cousins Andrew and David for the loss of their father, and we mourn the passing of our uncle, far too soon.
We will remember him and think of him on his boat on the open water, where he found so much joy and peace.
All our love,
Meghan & Jeff

So sorry to hear of Jeff-s passing. I grew up with Jeff at Vincent Massey Public School, in the same grade. Sincere condolences to the family. Far too young to be gone.
