We are missing Danny so much! Thinking of so many good times hanging out, praying together and laughing at Danny & Glenn's jokes and tag team stories. Shooting ideas around of all the bucket list things we want to do...lol. Soaking in the hot tub and chatting, Danny's amazing help raking leaves etc. at the cottage, swimming, kayaking, waterskiing, ping pong, eating healthy meals together (Danny eating kale chips...lol)! Our Greek Toronto night where Danny did the cop thing and cleared a path for us to cross the road. It was like the parting of the seas and we wished we could do that! Danny always kept us looking for adventure and moving and we will miss that soooo much. We loved Danny's amazing insights in prayer times at church and prayer clinic and his heart of humility. His unconditional love for you Kim, Jordan, Harrison and Kim's Mom was so inspiring! Danny touched our family profoundly with his support during hard times. He brought joy and lasting changes in our lives and inspired us to enjoy each moment in life.. Danny we love you always and know you are enjoying the beauty of heaven and our Saviour! Maybe we'll have cottages in heaven together where we can enjoy the beauty of life, people and nature together again! Until we meet again!

We'd often spend hours at a time talking and conversing, getting lost in our conversations. He was approachable and always took the time to talk to you. It is with great sadness that I heard of Dan's passing. I had the opportunity to work with Dan at 407 Detachment, and enjoyed the many conversations and laughs he brought to work each and every day. He was so well suited to be a Police Officer. His compassion and commitment was always present, true genuine traits of his own character.... The fondest memory I have of Dan was the time he enlisted me in an attempt to catch a mouse in the office one night shift to leave as a good morning surprise for one of his favorite admin assistants.... It was just one of those things you could never forget...and still gives me a chuckle at the hilarity of it to this day....

I will never forget Danny and our youth group days. Although it was many years ago, it seems like only yesterday. A group of us spent fun times together whether it be canoe trips, days at the beach or hanging out at Mary and Rogers house eating Mary's infamous rice crispy squares topped with thick milk chocolate. Danny and James were an inseparable pair and always became the 'life of the party.' It was never a dull moment with those 2 around. I will never forget those days and Danny will always be remembered as the fun-loving guy that he was.

So sorry for everyone's loss. I have great memories of Danny from First Baptist Church in Picton and from days of hanging out on our farm to Church canoe trips to Algonquin. I am so sorry for your loss. Dan was a great guy where I went to school at St. Gregory's with both Danny and his Aunt Pamela. He was always such a well-mannered and respectful human-being where I never knew him to have a mean bone in him. I often remember him fondly as we were friends even if it was through school. It was no surprise to me when he became a police officer. He will be missed by everyone who knew him.

My friend of 40 plus years, the adventures we had I will never forget. The camping trips where u always seemed to wake up soaking wet from the rain, to the bike trips where we dropped our bikes, to you introducing me to my wife Tracy, to the trip south with two pregnant women(our wives), to the appearance of our first born, to the planning of our fly in fishing trip that I am sad I will have to do without you physically but yoi will be with me spiritually when I eventually take this trip.
