Obituary of Douglass Suter

Passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones, on Saturday September 30, 2017, at Lakeridge Health Bowmanville, in his seventy year.

Beloved husband of 43 years to Frances. Loving father of Danielle, and Ben (Holly). Devoted Papa of Leah and Brock. Dear brother of Brian and Terry. Survived by his mother, Barbara (Hugh Graham). Predeceased by his father, Alfred “Bud”.  A kid at heart, he always had a joke or silly comment that made us laugh. His big smile, kind soul, and willingness to help others will be his legacy.

A Celebration of Life will be held at the Hampton Church Hall on Saturday October 14th, 2017 at 1 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Lakeridge Health Cancer Centre through the Northcutt Elliott Funeral Home, 53 Division St. Bowmanville, with whom the arrangements have been entrusted.
