I write this with tears rolling down my face and your voice in my ear telling me I better not be crying. I cant even speak your name or think about you without tearing up. You ment the world to me and I loved you and needed you more then you will ever know. You were my rock, my shoulder to cry on, my ear to just vent to. I am so friggin angry yet so numb. I don't understand why and I just keep yelling WHY HER! WHY NOW! JUST WHY! I look for signs that you are near or at least okay. I look forward to the day this pain will ease at least a bit. What I would give for just one more hug or one more kiss or one more I love you......heck at this point I will take one more of your huge coughs just to hear you. I will always miss and love you so much. I love you to the moon and back my gram cracker.

My deepest sympathy to the family from the Mikkelsen/McCullough family. I was so sadden that Auntie May had passed away on Monday. I have fond memories of all of us kids growing up together in the country. Stay strong as a family and keep the memories close to your heart. My thoughts and prayers are with your families.

I've never met such a strong woman. She took on so much and she never let it weigh her down. God only takes the best. He seen she was tired and surrounded by soo much love, he figured it was time for her to come home. Painfree. Alwayz loved, never forgotten. I love n miss u soo much Nan. I know you will always be lookin down on us.
You can shed tears that she is gone; or you can smile cuz she has lived. You can close your eyes & pray that she will come back; or you can open your eyes & see all she has left. Your heart can be empty cuz you can't see her; or you can be full of the love you shared. You can turn your back on tomorrow & live yesterday; or you can be happy for tomorrow cuz of yesterday. You can remember her & only that she's gone; or you can cherish her memory & let it live on. You can cry & close your mind,be empty & turn your back; or you can do what she would want...smile, open your eyes, love and go on ❤️
