Julie was a wonderful teaching colleague and friend . Our friendship began at Lake Vista school. We enjoyed many interesting conversations. Our common love of golf was something we shared.
She will be greatly missed. Our prayers are with Robin, Derek, and family.

I will always remember her with her big smile and cheerful hello every time we saw each other usually when I was fixing my old Buick on my driveway. I am so very sorry to hear of Julie's passing. I have very special memories from many years ago of fun times spent with Robin at Derek and Julie's home in Oshawa. What a great place it was and what a super lady Julie was. She taught this Ottawa Valley girl the difference between "seen and saw" a lesson I have been grateful for many times over! To Derek, Robin, Lauren and family, please accept my most sincere sympathy.
