Obituary of Vivian Anne Chalmers

Age 76 years

Peacefully passed away at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Wednesday August 2nd, 2017

Beloved wife of Fred Chalmers.  Dear sister of Linda & Wayne Evans and John Clark.  She was predeceased by her parents Marjorie & Reginal Clark and brother Jimmy Clark.  Vivian will be sadly missed by her nieces and nephews, Mike, Vicki, Shannon & Sean, Cindy, Brian and their families.  Survived by her sister in law Barbara Clark, as well as sister in law Marjorie & Martin Moody and their family.  Angus, her beloved fur baby will truly miss her.

A Memorial Service will be held at NORTHCUTT ELLIOTT FUNERAL HOME, 53 Division St. N. Bowmanville on Friday August 18, 2017 at 11 am. Visitation will be held one hour prior.  In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations may be made to Lakeridge Health Foundation ~ Durham Region Cancer Centre.
