I met Tara in a crowded bar in Toronto. I had just moved there and didn’t know anyone. I was immediately drawn to her. She was magnetic. She had a rare and special light. I introduced myself and we became fast friends. We spent almost everyday together, camping in her aunts backyard, cutting each others hair, always on a mission exploring the world. We lost touch when I moved out west, but I never forgot her and always missed her. I’m so sorry and wish my deepest condolences to her family. Love you forever Penny G.

My deepest condolences to Andre, family, and friends of Tara. I met her through a great friend of hers, Miguel, and soon after she was one of my favorite people on the planet. So caring and fun, such a huge heart and a smile that could light up the darkest places. I am extremely saddened by the news of her passing, and send my love to Tara, Andre, and everyone that loved her. May her light shine upon us forever. We will miss you Tara xo
