Obituary of Petronella Van der Heyden

In her 96 year Went home to be with her Lord on Friday December 21, 2012 at Lakeridge Health Bowmanville. Beloved wife of the late Maarten. Dear mother of Aletta Rubin, Ben (Jane), John (Gladys), Joe (Grace), Susan (Tom) Brinkman and Rita (Jake) Snyder. Proud grandma “Oma” of 27 grandchildren and 50 great-grandchildren. She will be sadly missed by her nieces, nephews and extended family both in Canada and in the Netherlands. Special Thank you to the staff at Marnwood and Lakeridge Health Bowmanville for their exceptional care and compassion.

Service

Visitation will be held at REHOBOTH CHRISTIAN REFORMED CHURCH, 130 Scugog Street, on Friday December 28, 2012 from 10 – 11am. A Funeral Service will follow at 11 am. Interment Bowmanville Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to World Vision Canada or Charity of Choice through the NORTHCUTT ELLIOTT FUNERAL HOME, 53 Division St. N. Bowmanville, with whom the arrangements have been entrusted.
