Obituary of Roy Gerard Trudeau

Quietly passed away at Northumberland Hills Hospital in Cobourg on Wednesday September 3, 2014 at age 87 Only son of the late Albertina and Joseph Trudeau. Beloved husband of the late “Bette” Trudeau. Loving father of Gerry, Paul (Donna), Michael (Sharon) and Ted (Christine). Cherished grandfather of Nickolas & Aaron (children of Mike & Sharon), Mathew and Sara (children of Paul & Ursula) and Steven and Elise (children of Ted & Colette). Dear brother in law of Ted & Teresa Powers, Shirley Powers and Eleanor Powers, Roy was predeceased by his brothers in law Bill Powers and Bob Powers. Also remembered by many nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Mass will be held at ST. JOSEPH’S ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH, 127 Liberty Street South on Saturday September 13, 2014 at 10 am, with Family Reflections beginning at 9:45 am. A reception will follow in the Church hall. Memorial Donations may be made to The Cancer Society through NORTHCUTT ELLIOTT FUNERAL HOME, 53 Division Street North, Bowmanville, with whom arrangements are entrusted.
