Passed away with family by his side at Lakeridge Health Oshawa June 22nd, 2016, 6 days before his 51st birthday.
Survived by his loving parents Eugene and Barb. Incredible father to Crystal and Logan. Loving brother of Terri and James. He will be sadly missed by many nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles, and friends.
