Aahhhh….. Jannie, Jeff ,Shannon and hubby. Words cannot express how saddened we are to hear of the loss of our marven!! My friend of many years we lost touch for a few years and got in touch a couple years ago we talked about the past quite a bit but did enjoy talking about nothing but just enjoyed each others banter him being a leaf fan and me a bruins fan going to miss you very much and cherish the last few times we spent together

I worked with Marvin at Toronto Hydro. Marvin was well liked and always like to have a good laugh. A good friend who liked to rib me about rooting for the " Petes". A long time Generals fan Marvin loved going to their games. Always available to help or answer a question. Rest in peace Marvin

I was fortunate to meet Marven a little over 10 years ago. He was always ready to help improve the Clarington community. I remember him telling me how the “ street parties” needed to make a comeback. My condolences to his family and friends.

Marven had a heart of gold and a passion for the community. From Morgandale street parties to Canada Day in Soper Creek Park to volunteering amid his cancer treatments, he was such a positive force in Bowmanville. I was proud to call him a friend.
